For us it is very important that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it and receive a refund of the amount of the purchased product.

Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with any of the items received, you can inform OCHO of your wish to withdraw within a period of 10 calendar days without any need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 10 calendar days from the day that you or a authorised third party and different from the carrier, receives the goods. In case the deadline ends on a holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, it is extended to the next business day.

To avoid any incidence, we recommend that the package be sent by certified service, within the 10 calendar days withdrawal period.

The shipping costs of the return will be at your expense, except when the item is returned for any of the following reasons:

a) The purchased item (s) has (have) a manufacturing defect.
b) The items sent do not match the size, color or model indicated in the original order.

In any case, we advise you to wait for a confirmation from OCHO before proceeding to the shipment.

Refund conditions
In case some of the two requirements A or B are met, we will refund the amount, including the delivery costs.
In any case OCHO may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received or until a proof of the return of the same is sent, depending on which condition is met first.

 

Refund on credit or debit card / PayPal
The refund will be paid on the same credit / debit card used for the purchase or in your PayPal account.

Refund in the bank account
If you paid for your order through a bank transfer, you must provide us with the bank details (IBAN and BIC codes) of the account where you want us to pay the amount of the purchase. You can find this information in the summaries of your account or request it from your bank.

OCHO reserves the right to deduct value from the article, in case it does not keep its original label and packaging. In any case, the product should not have been washed,
damaged, or used.
The deducted amount corresponds to the arisen costs such as cleaning, repairing the goods or a justified loss of income.
